A salsa bar will offer six different homemade salsas, as well as a selection of spicy sauces. A fresh guacamole station will also be available,e and guests can either have their guacamole made for them or make it themselves at their table.

For dessert, passengers can make their own creation at the brand-new Mexican Ice Cream Taco bar.
Hola! Tacos & Cantina will be open for both lunch and dinner.

Indochine
This new venue will offer up Vietnamese classics with a French twist, combining two delicious culinary heritages.
The menu will include a host of vegan and vegetarian dishes, as well as other options that can be served family-style to share. Options on this more health-conscious menu include Green Papaya Salads, Beef Bo Buns, French Roasted Snails, and Veggie Vietnamese Crêpes.

Other Specialty Dining

Of course, MSC Virtuosa will also include specialty restaurants that are already well-known and loved across much of the MSC fleet. They will include:

Butcher’s Cut — An American-style steakhouse serving up specialty cuts of meat and lobster, cooked in an open kitchen
Kaito Teppanyaki — A restaurant offering the modern East-West cooking style of Japanese cuisine on two teppanyaki grills, with plenty of interaction between the chefs and guests
Kaito Sushi Bar — A more intimate experience where guests can watch their fresh sushi, sashimi, and tempura being prepared by master sushi chefs

Buffet & Main Dining
MSC Virtuosa will feature a 1,336-seat Marketplace Buffet, serving a variety of international dishes from open-fronted kitchens.
For summer 2021, food will be plated for guests at the buffet and the seating layout will be adjusted to allow for social distancing. The Marketplace Buffet will be open from early morning until night.

The ship will also have five main dining rooms, serving Mediterranean and international dishes. The dining rooms themselves have been designed around the theme of music, and menus will change daily.

Dessert Venues
Award-winning pastry chef and chocolatier, Chef Jean-Philippe Maury, returns with his two mouth-watering concepts for the cruise line: Jean-Philippe Maury Chocolat & Café, and Crêpes & Gelato.
The Chocolat & Café will feature an open chocolaterie with fresh chocolate made onboard, framed by intricate chocolate sculptures. Guests can watch the chocolate-making process while enjoying the shop and tasting a variety of treats.

The Crêpes & Gelato counter will serve up things like milkshakes, crêpes, sorbet, and even an extremely healthy option — green juices!
MSC Virtuosa is scheduled to debut in April of this year.
